Debbie Peterson is a passionate and dedicated Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach who believes in the power of small, sustainable changes to transform lives. With a background in psychology and creative writing, she brings a unique blend of empathy, creativity, and practical knowledge to her coaching. Debbie received her training at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition™ in NYC and earned her Health Counselor certification from Columbia University in 2008.
As a wife, mother of two, and former chapter leader of the Holistic Moms Network, Debbie understands the challenges of balancing a busy life with personal health. Her approach is warm, personalized, and always grounded in real life. She loves to inspire others, whether it’s through her one-on-one coaching, public speaking, or her cookbooks, Nourish: A Community Supported Cookbook and Taste, co-authored with Wendy Bright-Fallon.
When Debbie isn’t working, you can find her in the kitchen experimenting with recipes, in her front yard garden, or on the tennis court. She’s a big believer in the importance of community and has coordinated the Oceanport Women’s Recreation Tennis League for the past five years. Debbie’s mission is simple: to help people live healthier, happier lives through personalized, compassionate guidance.
